Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education DG Khan manages the Inter class annual exams in the attached colleges and educational institutes. DG Khan Board has its own schedule to receive application forms, prepares the documents to enable the students to appear in the BISE DG Khan HSSC class annual exams. During the first week of April 2016, DG Khan Board conducts the HSSC-I annual exams and practical exams are started at the end of the BISE DG Khan annual exams.

BISE DG Khan begins the checking of the DG Khan Board Inter-II papers and it takes three months in preparation of the BISE DG Khan 12th class result 2016.
